Found By Him is a Christian apparel brand creating bold, intentional pieces rooted in faith and designed to carry truth beyond the walls of the church.

What does “Found By Him” mean?
Found By Him is rooted in the message of Luke 15—the story of what was lost being sought, found, and brought home.
The name is a reminder of a simple truth: We didn't find Him. He found us.
Our clothing exists to carry that testimony.
Is Found By Him a Christian brand?
Yes.
Found By Him is unapologetically rooted in the Christian faith. Our designs are inspired by Scripture, the Gospel, and the identity we receive through Jesus Christ.
Faith isn't simply part of the aesthetic. It's the reason the brand exists.
Do I have to be Christian to wear Found By Him?
Not at all.
Found By Him is rooted unapologetically in the Christian faith, but anyone is welcome to wear our pieces. Every design carries a message we believe is worth sharing.

Our graphics, messages, and creative direction are developed specifically for Found By Him and are designed to reflect the identity and message of the brand.
We aren't interested in creating generic Christian merchandise. Our goal is to create meaningful apparel that feels intentional, distinctive, and worth wearing.

Are the garments pre-shrunk?

How should I care for my Found By Him pieces?

As a general rule, gentle washing and avoiding excessive heat can help preserve the fabric, shape, and printed artwork for longer.
Because materials and decoration methods may differ between products, the instructions provided with your garment should always take priority.
Why might the color or print look slightly different in person?
Product photography is created to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, fabric color, garment texture, and the printing process.
These small variations are normal and can be part of the character of a printed garment.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most Found By Him pieces are produced on demand. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
Production time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods, production may occasionally take a little longer.
Why are Found By Him products made on demand?
Producing on demand allows us to create each piece intentionally rather than maintaining large amounts of excess inventory.
It also helps reduce unnecessary production and allows us to offer a growing collection of designs while maintaining a thoughtful approach to what we create.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@foundbyhim.com. If production has not started, we'll do our best to help.
Why might items from the same order arrive separately?
Some Found By Him products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.
If that happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout with your available tracking information. Email sender is support@foundbyhim.com
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Where does Found By Him currently ship?
Found By Him currently ships throughout the United States.
As the brand grows, we may expand shipping to additional countries. Any available shipping destinations and options will be shown during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and the available shipping options at checkout.
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders $100+.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier.
Remember that shipping time begins after production is complete. Most Found By Him pieces are produced on demand, so please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
Available delivery estimates will be shown at checkout when applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email containing your available tracking information.
Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some Found By Him products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive in the same package. Check your shipping confirmation emails for any additional tracking information.
What is Found By Him's return policy?
We want you to feel confident about every Found By Him piece you order.
If your item is eligible for return, please contact us within the return window listed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Items must meet the return conditions outlined there before a return can be approved.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Because our pieces are primarily produced on demand, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible for return, you can follow our return process and place a new order for your preferred size.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem. Our team will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
What if my package is lost or missing?
First, check your tracking information and confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors when appropriate.

Can I return a final-sale item?
Items marked Final Sale are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
If a final-sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not entered production or shipment processing, we may be able to update the address. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
How should I care for my Found By Him piece?
Always follow the care label included with your garment.
For many of our pieces, we recommend washing gently at approximately 30°C / 86°F, avoiding bleach and excessive heat, and tumble drying on low when appropriate.
Specific care instructions may vary by garment, so the instructions included with your piece should always take priority.
How can I help the print last longer?
Treat the artwork with care.
When appropriate for the garment, washing inside out on a gentle cycle and avoiding excessive heat can help protect printed designs.
If ironing is permitted by the garment's care instructions, never iron directly over printed artwork.
